Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel any scheduled consulting or coaching sessions. In order for prepaid payments to be applied to future consulting or coaching sessions, please email info@jennifercounter.com or contact us via phone at 281-942-0523 to notify us of your appointment change. (Failure to cancel a session at least 24 hrs. prior to the session start time, will forfeit 25% of the prepaid session fee.)
